Late Arrivals
I understand that life happens, but to ensure the best experience for everyone, I ask that you arrive on time for your appointment. If you are running late, I'll do my best to accommodate you! However, if you arrive 15 minutes late, we may have to adjust your service to fit the remaining time or, if it is more than 15 minutes, I will have to cancel your service as a no show. (Don't worry, I'll help you rebook!)

Cancelation and No Show Policy: Let's Keep It Smooth!
I love to see you when scheduled, but if you need to cancel. I ask that you kindly do so at least 24 hours in advance to avoid a $35 cancellation fee. If you find yourself unable to make it and there's no call or heads up, you may need to cover the full cost of the service before I can reschedule your appointment. And just a friendly reminder: after three no-shows without a call, I will have to decline any future appointments.

If you're feeling unwell, have a fever, or have been diagnosed with the flu, covid, etc. I will kindly ask you to reschedule your appointment for everyone's safety. Should you arrive for your appointment while feeling sick or with a diagnosis, I won't be able to proceed and will need to find you a new time.

Welcome, Little Guests!
I love having your kiddos join us! Just a friendly reminder that they need to be supervised by an adult while in the salon. To keep the atmosphere enjoyable for everyone, I kindly ask that there is no fighting, playing with products, or running the salon. If necessary, I may have to ask you to have them leave the salon.

Inportant Health Notice: Head Lice Policy
If I suspect the presence of head lice or nits (lice eggs) during your appointment, I will unfortunately need to pause your service for everyone's safety. I kindly ask that you exit the salon immediately and refrain from waiting inside. Due to state requirements of our board, I am not allowed to have anyone with lice inside the salon.

For further assistance with removal, I recommend reaching out to your local health department, who can provide guidance. Once you have confirmed that there are no nit's or lice present, I'd be happy to help you reschedule your appointment! Thank you for your cooperation!
